IDI (Interpersonal Dynamics Inventory) is a development system for building social intelligence and collaboration at work. It focuses on observable behavior in real contexts rather than fixed personality labels.

Most purchases cover some or all of the journey: IDI Profile (mapping of social skills), IDI Presentation (with a certified facilitator or self-presentation), IDI Deep Dive (personalized micro-learning), and IDI Progress (ongoing reinforcement and tracking).

Pricing is usually per participant (user), with optional add-ons for facilitator sessions and team or enterprise features. We also offer volume tiers for larger groups and annual organization plans.

Completed assessments are non-refundable. Unused seats on team or enterprise orders can be reallocated within the same contract term.

Yes. IDI emphasizes informed consent, confidentiality, and data integrity. Results are shared only with the participant and designated facilitators unless you explicitly allow broader access.
